If you are experienced in international importing and exporting, you can arrange the shipment by yourself. If not, we will arrange the shipment to you by door to door shipping service. The procedures in detail are as below:

Step 01: HOMURG Factory
Step 02: Export Transportation (Chinese Forwarder)
Step 03: Port of Loading (Export Customs Clearance)
Step 04: Ocean Shipping (Shipping Company)
Step 05: Import Customs Clearance (Arrival of Port Destination)
Step 06: Import Transportation (Local Forwarder)
Step 07: Delivery to Customer Location

I. From Factory to Port of Loading
1. Confirm the Destination Port Address with Local Customer
Offer and confirm the destination port address and contact information to Chinese forwarder with local customers.

2. Deal with Chinese Forwarder
Offer volume and weight of the goods to Chinese forwarder by HOMURG.

3. Order Cargo Shipping Space
Contact with shipping company to order cargo shipping space by Chinese Forwarder.

4. Deal with export transportation.
Arrange trucks to transfer the products from the factory to the origin port by Chinese Forwarder.

5. Export Customs Clearance
Deal with export customs clearance by export customs clearance.

II. Ocean Shipping Procedure

1. Chinese Forwarder
Monitor the cargo status. Inform customer if any irregularity occurs with regard to the customs declaration

2. HOMURG Global
Offer customs clearance information to the customer or local forwarder

3. Customer
Confirm the arrival time of the goods with Chinese forwarder

III. When Arriving Destination Port

1. Import Customs Clearance
Deal with import customs clearance by local forwarder.

2. Local Transportation & Delivery to Destination Address
Deal with local transportation. And arrange trucks to transfer the goods from designated port (Warehouse) to customer’s designated address finally.
